Michelle joined Radio Calderdale in September 2019. She presents her Sunday Soul Show every Sunday evening between 8pm and 10pm, which covers soul, motown and northern soul music.
Before joining Radio Calderdale Michelle was a radio presenter at Hospital Radio Wrightington, which covered Wigan, Wrightington and Leigh Hospitals for many years.
During this time of lockdown she has been gardening and getting her spring pots ready. Enjoying watching the birds and squirrels feeding in the back garden, even her Jack Russell Teddy has been enjoying it too. Michelle has started a sewing pattern to make a rag doll and clothes for it for for 15 month old granddaughter Lily. She also has been video chatting with her elderly parents every morning to check they are okay in Wigan and tryst to make them laugh to keep their spirits up. Michelle is in the process of putting some quiz questions together for her Sunday Soul show as well as collating her cds for it. Looking forward to getting back to her radio family and broadcasting my live shows to the wards of Calderdale Royal.
